Hotbed Control Module– an original replacement component manufactured by Creality for use with 3D printers. It is compatible with Creality CR-10, CR-10S, and CR-10minior CR-10S4, among others. It’s a relay of sorts that allows you to control the temperature of the heating table. It sends a pulse providing information that the hotbed should heat up. It also allows setting an appropriate temperature for the heating table. It has a built-in heatsink removing the excess heat.
Hotbed Control Module from Creality can be used with printers where the nominal table power is in the range from 300 W to 850 W. Element should be powered with 12 V or 24 V. Providing higher voltage may permanently damage the module. Also, pay attention when connecting – Hotbed Control Module is not resistant to reverse polarity.
Compatible Models: Ender-5 Plus, CR-M4, CR-10 Max, CR-10s Pro V2, CR-10S Pro V2
Attention: The module cannot be used with a power supply over 30 V. The product must be connected in accordance with the polarity. Its markings can be found on the module housing.
Features:
- Improved temperature control: The module allows for precise temperature control of the heated bed, ensuring that it reaches and maintains the desired temperature.
- High current capacity: The module can handle up to 25 amps of current, making it suitable for a wide range of 3D printing applications.
- Built-in thermal sensor: The module comes with a built-in thermal sensor that monitors the temperature of the module and ensures that it does not overheat.
- Cooling fan: The module is compatible with a cooling fan that helps to dissipate heat and prevent overheating, improving safety and reliability.
- Easy installation: The module is easy to install and compatible with most 3D printers that use a heated bed.
- Improved safety: The module is designed with safety in mind and prevents potential hazards such as overloading, overheating, and short circuits.
