Job Summary:
We are building a High-Performance Electronics Sales team here at ROBU.IN & have vacancy for a Junior Sales Executive to join our team. Please note this position is suitable for Freshers, 06 months to 1 years of experience into Sales profile.
Experience: Freshers, 06 months to 1 Years’ experience in Sales/Electronics Sales profile, for Electronic Products & Components.
CTC & Salary Range:
Annual CTC varies from Rs. 2,68,616/- to Rs. 3,61,785/- per annum; (In-Hand Salary: ₹17,000 to ₹25,000 per month).
Sales Incentives: Additional Sales Incentives apart from monthly salary, up to Rs.10,000/- or 10-K+ per month based on Target Achievements (Rs.1,20,000/- or plus (+) per annum).
Educational Qualification: Any graduate/Diploma/B.E/B.Tech –Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Tele-Communication.
Notice Period:Â Immediate to 15 -20 days.
Desirable Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills in English (Both verbal and written).
- Good Convincing skills.
- Knowledgeable in Electronics/Electrical Products & Components, someone who is able to give technical details or know-how of Electronic Products/Components and is approachable to the customers/clients.
- We are looking for someone who has Sales knowledge & experience about Electronic Products/Components, Electronic Boards, Batteries and so on.
- Basically, someone who has worked in Sales/Electronics Sales profile for Electronics/Engineering products & components will be suitable for this job.

Job Responsibilities:
The Major Job responsibilities that the Junior Sales Executive will handle are:
- Achieving the Sales Targets.
- Maintaining average margins.
- New Customer additions and Customer retention.
- Analyze needs of customers/clients and consult them accordingly.
- Recommend products, equipment’s or services of company to the customers/clients as per their needs or requirements.
- Negotiate terms of Sales & Services with customers/clients.
- Document Sales by creating and updating records of Customers/Clientele profiles.
- Any other responsibilities that the job may require from time to time.
