The AHT20 is an affordable temperature and humidity sensor from the creators of the DHT22. It features easy integration via standard I2C, making it compatible with Arduino and Raspberry Pi boards.
The sensor provides a typical accuracy of ±2% relative humidity and ±0.3 °C within the range of 20-80% RH and 20-60 °C. However, it has only one I2C address, limiting its use in projects requiring multiple sensors.
Adafruit has designed the AHT20 on a breakout board with necessary support circuitry and connectors for hassle-free use. It includes STEMMA QT JST SH connectors for simple plug-and-play connections with microcontrollers or Blinka-supported single-board computers. Note that the QT cable is sold separately.
