Team Leader – IT (Information Technology)

Job Summary:

We are building a High-Performance Team here at ROBU.IN and have vacancy for an IT– Team Lead who can efficiently manage a Team of Developer’s for our Website, App and ERP. Kindly note this is an Experienced-Level position, suitable for Graduates or candidates having completed their Bachelor’s Degree into Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Mangement Information System (MIS) or any relevant educational background and having a minimum of 8 to 10 years of Experience in the IT or Relevant Industry.

Number of Positions: 01 only.

Joining/Notice Period: Immediate or Joining within 15-Days maximum.

Experience: 8 to 10 Years of Experience in the IT/Relevant field.

CTC & Salary Range: As Per Industry Standards.

Educational Qualification:

Graduates or Bachelor’s Degree into Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Technology Management, Mangement Information System (MIS) or any relevant educational background will be preferred.

Desirable Skills & Job Responsibilities:

The candidate should be able to:

1) Perform architectural review of our current WordPress Website and bring out necessary changes for better performance.

2) Server Level Knowledge: Should have background of server side and should be able to improve the current Server level configuration for optimal performance.

3) Technical Leadership:

a) Provides Technical Leadership for the development team while being able to code independently.

b) Experience with PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

c) Knowledge of WordPress CMS, including Theme and Plug-In Development.

d) Familiarity with MySQL Databases and Version control tools such as GIT.

e) Experience in Python would be a very useful skill.

f) Experience with Website Performance Optimization techniques.

g) Experience with Responsive Website Development.

h) Experience with APIs, Web-Services, and Payment Gateways.

i) Experience with Mobile App’s and its Back-End Development.

4) Database Knowledge: Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL.

5) Security: Conducting security audits and advising other engineers on security issues.

6) Coding and Testing: Participates in Coding, Testing, Maintenance and on-going support of Plug-In Developments.

7) Should have a Prior Experience in Team Handling and work review.

8) Manage a Team of Developers to create and improve WordPress Plug-In’s, keeping/thinking in mind the future scalability.

9) Back-End Services: Should be adept in managing the Back-End Services and Data Interchange between the Server and Users.
