6S 25A 18650 Lithium Battery Protection Board

Battery protection board, as the name suggests battery protection board is mainly rechargeable (Refers to the lithium battery) and protects the integrated circuit board. As the lithium battery, its material determines itself can not be overcharged, over-discharge, overcurrent, short circuit, and ultra-high temperature charge and discharge, so lithium battery lithium components will always follow A protective plate with a sampling resistor, and a current fuse. Providing all the above features this 6S BMS board can combine 6 x 18650 batteries to form a battery pack to provide up to 25V DC output at 25A current which can be used for heavy applications such as Drilling Machine, Car Washer, etc.

4. The battery protection circuit supports an instantaneous discharge current of 25A.
5. It identifies overcharging when the voltage reaches 4.28V with a precision of ± 0.05V.
6. There’s a 0.1-second delay before the protection mechanism activates in response to overcharging.
7. The circuit detects over-discharging at a voltage of 2.55V with a precision of ± 0.08V.
8. A 0.1-second delay precedes the activation of protection against over-discharging.
9. The protection circuit releases over-discharge protection at 2.9V with a precision of ± 0.1V.
10. The circuit identifies overcurrent conditions at a voltage drop of 150mV.
11. The main circuit’s conduction resistance during normal operation is kept below or equal to 20mΩ.
12. In a state of battery over-discharge, the protection circuit maintains a low sleep current of ≤10uA.
