Among a number of new entrants in the T-Motor Navigator range is the MN601-S series motors which are available in a number of RPM/V configurations to provide from approximately 900g up to over 5,000 grams of thrust. The new Navigator™ design provides borrows a number of features from the premium U-Power range and some developments from T-Motor’s ever-evolving lineup of FPV motors. The most striking change here is the more enclosed build, providing much better protection against dust and water ingress, which also incorporates a centrifugal fan, to draw air up through the motor and improve heat dissipation and overall cooling. Secondly, the new approach to winding motors with a high-temperature resistant winding gives more protection from burn-out caused by trapped propellers and other mishaps. There are not only important internal changes and external design changes, but the internal T-shaped shaft is now fixed with a clip and a screw to provide extra resilience, strength and reliability under load without developing a loose rotor.

MN601-S motors are designed for aerial photography platforms, monitoring systems and mapping/surveying aerial vehicles. These motors are compatible with T-Motor carbon-fibre propellers both fixed and folding.
